This Privacy Policy explains how ClassVRoom (operated by Ateo GmbH, Zürich, Switzerland) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit www.classvroom.net and submit an interest form.

2. Data We Collect
Contact / Lead Form
When you submit the "Get Early Access" form, we collect:
- Full name
- Work email address
- Institution / organisation name (optional)
- Your role (optional)
- Message / notes (optional)
- Submission timestamp and source URL
- Selected interface language (EN / DE)
This data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore (EU region) and used solely to respond to your enquiry about ClassVRoom.
Analytics
We use Google Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand how visitors use the website. This collects anonymised usage data such as pages viewed, session duration, and general location (country-level). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
3. Legal Basis
We process your contact data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), expressed when you tick the consent checkbox and submit the form. Analytics data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding website performance (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Data Retention
Lead form submissions are retained until you request deletion or until they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. Analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google's default settings.

5.1 Hosting (Metanet AG)
Diese Website wird von Metanet AG, Zürich, Schweiz, gehostet. Im Rahmen des Hostings werden technische Zugriffsdaten (u. a. IP-Adresse) automatisch erfasst.
5.2 Google Firebase / Firestore
Formulardaten aus dem Kontaktformular werden in Google Firebase Firestore (EU-Region) gespeichert, betrieben von Google LLC, USA. Google ist dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework unterstellt. Die Daten werden ausschliesslich zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage verwendet.
5.3 Google Analytics (Firebase Analytics)
Wir verwenden Google Analytics 4 über Firebase, um die Nutzung der Website anonymisiert zu analysieren. Dabei werden keine personenbezogenen Daten erfasst. Sie können die Erfassung durch entsprechende Browser-Einstellungen deaktivieren.
5.4 Google Fonts
Diese Website lädt Schriftarten über Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA). Dabei kann Ihre IP-Adresse an Google-Server übermittelt werden.
